The idea

The value is what a doctor doesn’t have at an appointment: fifteen years of history, lab trends and reports at once — with provenance down to the scan for every fact. The assistant doesn’t diagnose; it prepares material for a conversation with a doctor: a differential diagnosis, missing data, an examination and preliminary treatment plan.

How it works

Guardrails by design

Not a medical device. Every diagnostic conclusion and every treatment plan carries a note that it must be approved by a qualified physician. The rendering template adds it — the model can’t skip or “forget” it.
